16. January 2007 Carl F - Sanistål A few days ago it was announced that Sanistål has taken over the total share capital in Carl F a/s. At Carl F we see it as a very positive development and as a great potential in relation to the implementation of our strategies as well as to the synergies, which may result from this new partnership. It is quite clear that Sanistål and Carl F fit well together relative to our activities. It is probably the best match we could get and it will be instrumental in strengthening Carl F as well as Sanistål in future. The take-over will bring a lare number of future advantages. We will see much more traffic in our shops as we over time will incorporate parts of Sanistål's range of products in addition to our own and vice versa. This will bring about a much bigger geographical coverage with our total product range to the benefit of our associates through out the country. This take-over adds a new business area to Sanistål where it is not active today. The build-ing divisions of Carl F and Sanistål will jointly be the strongest supplier in Denmark to the building industry. In future Carl F a/s is a subsidiary in the Sanistål group and will legally as well as in practice continue as it is today. It is business as usual and all business relations continue just like be-fore. In terms of management there will be no changes either and I continue as managing di-rector of the company and in charge of the daily management in collaboration with our management team.
