Family

With the re-birth of d line we do not only want to develop the business into a prosperous and unique company, we also want to create a culture of desire, responsibility and flexibility

In order to survive in a very competitive market you need to ensure motivation and desire in the organisation. We wish to create and build an organisational culture that leaves no room for doubt as to where we are heading, what is expected and what to expect from d line. We want to make d line a special and desired place to work and a company you take pride in being a part of. 

Our management style is “freedom with responsibility”, we trust our employees to make decisions that are right for the company, the customer, and the employee.

We engage in a “d line family” culture because we believe it will benefit both the company and the employee. We believe in creating an environment of responsibility, openness, and flexibility – a culture that by the end of day is driven by business and bottom-line, equally.

The "family" feeling will extend to our partners and customers. With the d line advisory board we wish to give our customers the opportunity to be a part of developing the d line brand and company, much like a supervisory board the advisory board will be a forum where plans for business development are presented and discussed.

The advisory board is a platform where our ideas are tested and fine-tuned before they are sent to market as well as a possibility to get valuable market insight and experience – and not least create passion and commitment from our core customers. 

The new d line customer advisory board;

- Three (3) d line core employees (sales and products)
- One (1) representative from each of our top three customers
- Two (2) guest customers, with a yearly rotation
