End to end responsibilty

Nothing is more important to us than service, it adds value, it makes our customers inclined to return to our products. We do not limit ourselves to perceiving only the paying customer as part of our value-chain, we go beyond that, considering all aspects of handling our products, we take responsibility end-to-end; from building design to maintenance.

We put emphasis on d line as a solution provider, we sell a product but most of all we provide a service that adds value to the market. The top-line is generated through volume of the products we sell, the bottom-line through the intelligent services and solutions we provide. With this in mind, our credo is “work hard - think smart”. We work in the project market and we understand that market.

End-to-end responsibility

In our customer service platform we break down the typical barriers of sale, purchase and product management. All these functions will be seen as one unit, thereby awarding the sales representative that takes the order the responsibility to process that order from end to end, at the same time we involve the product manager in the daily sales as a project coordinator and specialist on key projects. This will instill confidence in our service and sales – we not only service the project market we take end-to-end responsibility.

With this system we continuously keep our service-base commercially orientated as our customers will always focus their main resources on where it best services their end-customer, and we will be able to respond expediently to specific and special market needs.
