of January 1st. 2005 the subsidiary companies
Carl F as and d line™
international as merged.
Carl F as is the leading supplier of ironmongery,
tools and fittings to the construction industry in Denmark and to Danish
industry in general. d line manufacture high quality design products in
stainless steel and market them worldwide.
The two companies unite under the name of Carl F as.
d line are represented in the division d line design & security.
All areas of business are continued and consolidated. Besides
d line, the new division will henceforth
distribute and market Carl F fittings, sanitary accessories, signs, lock and
access control systems.
